By accessing and using Fairphrase, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Fairphrase for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Fairphrase; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person.

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Fairphrase provides AI-powered bias detection and analysis tools for written content. Our service analyzes text to identify potential biases, logical fallacies, and provides severity scoring. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that our analysis is error-free or complete. Users should use their own judgment when interpreting results.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant Fairphrase a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You agree not to use Fairphrase to: upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the service or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service; or use the service for any illegal purpose.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fairphrase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Certain features of the service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings.

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Fairphrase makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Fairphrase, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fairphrase operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
